Our support organization recently achieved Excellence in Service Operations North America from TSIA, the leading association for technology services. This certification recognizes that for the second straight year, we have met – and continue to meet - the highest support standards in the support industry. The certification consists of 250 audit criterial based on TSIA member feedback from 50 different leading technology companies. In order to pass this extensive audit, every single member of the team played a part in earning this certification - meant to provide customers with an increased level of confidence that they will get more value out of their investments in Brocade.
