where can I get cfgcv.bat file?

Hi all,

I'm trying to upgrade RFS7000 firmware from 4.4.2.0-003R to 5.5.5.0-018R.

In the software release file it is stated that the configuration file must be convert using offline CFGCV configuration migration tool.

My question is where can I find the converter tool?

Thanks in advancedSmiley Happy

Re: where can I get cfgcv.bat file?

I already got the software and run the command from dos prompt.

But it got error:

fivedot5

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "cfgconvert.py", line 1661, in <module>
File "cfgconvert.py", line 1604, in Main

File "outfile.pyc", line 15, in OpenOutFile
NameError: global name 'defnFile' is not defined

I wish that somebody can give me guidance regarding this error.

Thanks in advanced

Re: where can I get cfgcv.bat file?

Nevermind guys, conversion from 4x to 5x was successfull.

All I need to do is install the configuration converter in MS Windows XP (via Virtuabox) and just run the script.

No need Windows 7,8,9 or 10. Just XP Smiley Happy

I hope if someone stumbled upon this error can read this post to solve their problem
