Brocade Mobility 802.11n

I am trying to create a test SSID on an RFS6000 controller using 7131 AP's so I can test 802.11n throughput. I have created the SSID and added it to the appropriate radio, but when I try to make the radio 802.11n only, I get the following error.

“Failed to save radio data. N-only rates invalid with unsupported 11n encryption types.”

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Chris

Re: Brocade Mobility 802.11n

Hi Chris,

I can see no infomration on this one sorry.

What encryption are you setting it to?  I would think you would need to be on WPA1 or 2 with MAYBE TKIP.

Suggest playing with these settings and AES to see if you can get the right config.

Thanks

Michael.

Michael,

I have configured WPA1 and WPA2, but still get the same error message.... I will continue to play with the encryption...

Thank you for the reply!
