NetworkAdvisor : unable to see result of Top Talkers.

Hi all,

 

Since some days, when I enable Top Talkers on any of my switches, after activation, I get the following message :

        Error receiving Top Talkers statistics Server did not respond and poll was skipped

 

But I can activate "perfttmon fabricmode"  and see Top Talkers via CLI.

 

I haven't found any solution when googling the messages.

Somebody already had this issue ? Any hints to bring me ?

Hi,

 

Seems to be a common issue... As per Brocade Network Advisor 12.3.2 GA Release Notes v1.1

 

Common Issues for SAN and IP 

An attempt to collect Top Talker statistics fails with the following error: “Error receiving Top Talkers
statistics Server did not respond and poll was skipped

 

but now workaround is provided...
