I just migrated/upgraded Network Advisor from 12.1.5 - 12.3.2. When the logon prompt came up for 12.3.2 the USERID and PASSWORD fields were blank. Unfortunately I do not know what the former password was and thus cannot logon. I tried using Administrator/password but that didn't work.
1) Is there a way to reset this password without having the ability to logon to NA?
2) Is it possible I'll have to uninstall 12.3.2 and install it from scratch so I can then use the default ID/pw - Administrator/password?
