we have 14 switches in a fabric and out of that two M3016 are not manageable through EFCM 9.1 all the others are manageable via EFCM 9.1 .
the two switches are not even pingable through my mgt server alll other switches are pingable .
When I Check with network team they are asking us to clear the Arp cache on the M3016 switches .
Is this can be done with out outage or restart ? IF so plz let me knw the command to do it from the mgt server .

Old Sphereon 3016 and 3032 are only Supported by EFCM 9.1 only wih EOS 7.x or higher.
Are this both switch in the same IP range as the EFCM ? Are your able to Manage trough the GUI from the "same" Maschine is EFCM Installed ?
