Nobody experiencing that kind of behaviour, its getting really annoying?

Time/fabric number is not relevant, i cleared the nicknames db, and imported it again + inserted names manually, same result?

We are experiencing thie very thing. Sometimes all the nicknames go away, sometimes just most of them. Restart the client and they are back.  Seems to get worse with every version.  BTW, we are running the Windows server.

I think I figured out a workaround. Turn off the "Track Fabric Changes" in your DCFM client.  My current hypothesis is that with large fabrics the client is unable to track the changes and is thus overwhelmed and a result is that the nicknames disappear.  So far this workaround has worked for me.
