we are currently running BNA 12.1.5 on a Windows machine and I tried to update to BNA 12.3.4 some days ago. Data migration task is running fine but one of the last steps ("initializing and migrating database") fails and a rollback to 12.1.5 is done.
This is the truncated output of the cw.log:

Output for upgrading to 12.3.0 or 12.3.3 is exactly the same. Direct upgrade to 12.4.x is not supported according to Release Notes and I therefore tried 12.3.x..
Does anyone know how to handle this problem? Is any additional information needed?

Today I tried to add additional information like logfiles to the case though support didn't ask for it up to now. Bad news: case has been closed though I never got any feedback.
Are you able to reopen the case?

Based on the case notes it looks like your case was closed because you have an active OEM contract and officially support tickets must be handled by them first.
I am still looking to see if I can find any information around the failed update for you.

in our company nobody knows anything about an OEM contract. Are you able to send me some details about the OEM contract (maybe via PM instead of public forum)?
