I have been looking everywhere (including the BNA installation user manual) for a clear upgrade procedure from 11.3.0 to 12.0.0.
Are there any special steps to follow ? Do I only need to execute the install.exe file ?

Network Advisor 11.1.X (11.1.0 - 11.1.5) ,11.2.X (11.2.0 – 11.2.1) and 11.3.0 running on the Linux and Windows operating systems can be upgraded to Network Advisor 12.0.0.
Note: Migrations from pre-12.0.0 to 12.0.0, require the pre-12.0.0 Network Advisor installation be running. Partial and Network path Migrations are not supported from Pre 12.0.0 to 12.0.0. Please refer the User Manual section “Migration data page and Configuring backup page” for more details.
Hope this helps.

I'm sure he means HOW to upgrade and not if it's possible, which it clearly states it is.
I'm looking for this information too. Do you just install and point to the "old folder" or is there something else you need to do ?
You install it in a new folder. After installation ends, it starts up and begin to the "migration and configuration". Here it will ask you if it should migrate from an older version and where this folder is located".

Yes, that is I meant originally.
I tried it this morning and I successfully upgraded from 11.3.0 to 12.0. You just have to launch the install exec and follow the steps, it'll take care of everything for you.
