Mike, no luck. the thread you refer me does not help me.I have 3534-F08 SAN switch with fabric OS v3.1.0 and unfortunately switch is not under any maintenance or support contract. Have tried all root/admin/factory/user password as per "FOS_password_recovery.pdf" but no luck.
Any help will greatly appreciate.

Hi afzal_tahir. Sorry for the delay. Have you tried or do you know the "root" credentials? If not, you can search around for them and log in that way. If you've tried that already please confirm and we'll go to the next step.

Thanks, have tried already root/admin/factory/user but no luck as per FOS_password_recovery notes 53-1000114-05 documentation.
factory ---> shuntang as well as password
root ------> fibranne
admin ----> password
user ------> password
Please what is the next recommended step?

Beyond that, the only option is the Recovery Firmware that is supplied by support. They do have pay-per-incident, but they've been known to wave the charges but is completely up to the TAC Level 1 agent. But it wont hurt to at least call and see.

and I forgot to mention, TAC Level 1 will be the first group you speak with. Let me know if you experience any issues reaching them or if anything comes up I can help with.
