What happens if filesystem fill up to 100%?

Because of security requirements we have put the LAN interfaces of our Brocade 48000 directors (FOS 5.3.2) behind a firewall.

To keep the firewall rules very strict we don't want connections initiated inside the DMZ outgoing to  private LAN.

To achieve that we consider to use the internal filesystem and  scp to localhost for FOS commands which require file transfers.

E.g. "supportsave -u name -p password -h localhost -d . -l scp" works fine. All generated files are under /fabos/users/admin and we are able to transfer them with WinSCP to our local computers.

But what will happen if we accidentally fill up the filesystem to 100%?

Thx

Panicdump.

This can caused that the System become as inconsistently, can also cause that the Fabric Operating System become corrupted.

Max. of 85% of use from the Filesystem is allowed.
