Upgrading Fabric OS 7.2.1c to 7.3.1d on 8510-8

Hi Experts,

Planning to Upgrade OS version v7.2.1c to v7.3.1d on Brocade 8510-8. Just want to knolw thw procedure and is this operation going to be disruptive or non-disruptive ? and also can you find out what happens to the clients during the upgrade? if they are disconnected, we'll have to wait until it can be scheduled with Change Control

Quick Response is appreciated.Please. I'm new to this environment.

Thanks & Regards !!

FOS Upgrade on Director Class Switches is generally not disruptive.

nothing happened unless the Storage is qualified and supported by the FOS release you want to install.

from command line, start firmwaredownload, follow the instructions, and in the meantime drink a cup of coffee
