Unable to create user ID in Brocade 6547 embedded switch

We have a Brocade 6547 embedded switch running on firmware version v7.4.1d and unable to create a user ID in switch and the error is

Error:

sqlite3_exec error: 13 database or disk is full
Failed to add user account

The other embedded switches running on same firmware are working fine and could not trace cause of this error.

Re: Unable to create user ID in Brocade 6547 embedded switch

Hi,

Let us check the easy one first - is disk (flash) of the switch full or not - try and run the following command (do not need a Fabric Vision license), or you might have an issue with flash on the 6547

mapsSam --show flash

Re: Unable to create user ID in Brocade 6547 embedded switch

Hi Raju,

so you need to remove extra files on the flash, the following command

supportsave -R

will remove any core files on the system. Notice that of course you will loose any old state / core on your system.

Then verify the state of the compact flash again with mapsam --show flash
