Trying to activate additional 4 ports

We've purchased got the paper slip to activate another 4 ports but I'm just not able to do it following instructions given.

I went to http://www.brocade.com/services-support/software-license-keys/index.page as per instructions, logged into Brocade Connect, then Technical Resources Centre, then Software License Keys, then Brocade Software Licensing Portal. So far so good.
Then it doesn't seem to want to accept my username/password (the same username/password I just logged into Brocade Connect with) and then to cap it off the support email address they supply just sends me an email telling me my email address is not registered with them as an entitled contact.
So just exactly how do you do this? Any ideas?
