SilkWorm 3250 does not start

Hello,

I have one SilkWorm 3250, which does not start:

The system is coming up, please wait...

1) Start system.
2) Recover password.
3) Enter command shell.

Option? 1

PHY clear...
ENET Speed is 10 Mbs...
HALF duplex connection

Sending bootp request ...
bootp packets sent = 5
BOOTP failed.
Network boot failed.

Is my flash bad? Can I somehow write a new image?

seems to 99% as defective

Hm, this is not very encouraging :-)

I'm understand that topic outdate, but answer to this question not right. This trouble can cause when system battery discharged and bootloader lost system variables. For starting system need enter valid system environment. This problem solved in topic http://community.brocade.com/thread/2345 , but it has another title and not relevant at search.
