PLOGI and FLOGI Login messages missing

When I portenable or portcfgpersistentenable a port on my new 4100 switches. I never receive the MESSAGE BELOW that I do on my 3800 switches

As far as I know, you can't turn them back on.This came up in some Brocade training 18months+ ago. The response was that they were now supressed - although the instructor could not understand why. Since then I've waited to see when Brocade would do "the right thing" and either enable them or give the customer the choice of enabled or disabled. So far no luck, it is still a mystery to me why.
