Quick question, as tech support seems to be taking forever with a response:
Our company purchased two 8-port upgrades for one Brocade 300 series switch. When obtaining the license keys for both licenses (which have different transaction keys), they yield the same license key. This is a problem, as we purchased two for 16 additional ports. What is there left to do, or am I missing something here?

After NEVER receiving a contact from Brocade, I contacted Sun (who we bought the licenses from), and they were EXCELLENT with helping us hash out a solution. Apparently, companies distributing Brocade products have better luck contacting Brocade than individuals...
Basically, Sun had to contact Brocade on our behalf and get the appropriate license key information.
