Hi,

i forgot how to disable the encryption on a SAN switch. ( in that particular case, the Switch authentication)

The ISL all come up only with authent. failures. More not coming up ....

Thanks

Re: In Flight Encryption on CONDOR III

ISL encryption is configured on a per port basis.

Use portcfgencrypt --disable port to disable encryption.

Yes I know but this does not help with the switch authentication.

I guess I have to disable it using authutil, but the command

authutil --policy -sw off is not allowed since encryptio is switch on :-(

the command posted by dion is correct, however,  you have to use when connect to the switch the account with Secure admin permissions otherwise you have not enough privilege and the operation failed.

Hi Uli,

First you must disable encryption then disable authentication and you should be ready.
