I am still receiving the "Interface disabled" block message

I have checked the ip filter settings and verified that port 80 is not blocked, but I am still not able to access the our DCX 8510s via the web console. Any suggestions?

The command shows that the link is "ok". Any other suggestions? I've tried quite a few to no avail.

Local CP (Slot 6, CP0): Active, Warm Recovered
Remote CP (Slot 7, CP1): Non-Redundant

you have to executed "haenable" in order to enable HA and the Standby CP can get in Sync with the Active CP.

Sounds good. Is this a nondisruptive action? Also, this sounds like it is a necessary configuration change to make the CPs HA, but how does this relate to the web interface issue?

Re: I am still receiving the "Interface disabled" block message

haenable is non-distruptive,

->but how does this relate to the web interface issue?

I assume for some reason the service hang, and for this reason you cannot reached the Switch trough the web-tools.

Q.:

did you perhaps change Ip Address on this DCX ? and are all ip correct

can be verified with "ipaddrshow"

can you ping the standby CP ?

Another solution is your Web server might have died. In the caddy once hashow reports healthy you can do hareboot, which is non disruptive and that should fix the problem.
