Enc Out parameter 41m

Brocade SAN Health report parameter in the table Enc Out COUNTS AND PERFORMANCE DATA FRAME alert.

the cell of excel is in blue and its value is 41m.

What does this mean? I have performance issues besides

Do a portstatsclear <portnumber> to clear the statistics for this port and then do a  "porterrshow" and see if the enc out errors are actually increasing. Then you can take action to replace the gbic or cable. Also I recommend you check that zonning is correct "single initiator" best practice.
