EZSwitchSetup missing connections?

I've plugged the fibre cables into my storage controllers and servers, and plugged the other ends into my Brocade 300 according to the Typical Zoning configuration.

However, when I get to the Configure Ports and Connect Devices screen, it shows them all as missing connections.  All the lights on the Brocade show green, what could I be doing wrong?

Hey @alscg123,

While we still encourage the community to assist with your post, I wanted to let you know that we have started a pilot program with TAC to help with some of the questions being asked and yours has been handed off to our TAC technicians. They will be reaching out to you shortly to gather some more information regarding your switch so we can get you in touch with the correct group . I encourage you to continue to post in the community and let me know if there is any way I can help. Once your post is resolved, we will make sure to post the resolution back to the community to help other members.

Re: EZSwitchSetup missing connections?

Hello @alscg123

We looked at your closed TAC case and see that you discovered that the storage controller was not actually licensed for FC and that you believed that was the issue behind your problem. We hope the issue is now resolved for you. If not, please don’t hesitate to engage us via this post or re-engage TAC.

Thank you
