DCFM unable to manage switches after a weblinker restart

We recently had an issue with weblinker process on our DCX switches running at 6.4.1.a.  Per support we restarted the weblinker service, which restored the ability to manage the switches via webtools, but DCFM is still giving the same authentication errors that were occurring while the weblinker services were down.  We have tried restarting the DCFM services on the management server, which did not work.  Is there something else we can try?
