CBR 9.1 issue

I have 26 - DS24M2 and I'm getting the following error when I tried to back them up using CBR.

CBR Results
-----------

Retrieving Firmware Version...

Firmware version: 09.08.01

Firmware build id: 2

Although it seems to run through the process, the software failed to backup anything.  I'm thinking this, !!! unrecognized Switch Information: Frame Resize State,Enabled, has something to with it.

Has anyone ran into this issue?  How did you get it fit?  Any suggestions is greatly appreciated it.

Re: CBR 9.1 issue

9.1 is the latest Release, no other are available.

Your can use DCFM, but I'm not sure if the For Free Prof. Edition can create a Backup and/or if this Feature is available in the Free Release.
