Good day, how can I redeemed again the license. Since I already deleted the email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Activation key (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) you entered has already been redeemed and cannot be used twice. Please navigate to the License Query tool to check the license status for this Activation Key.

I see that your inquiry was resolved by a TAC service request, but for the sake of Community, I wanted to add this from our Licensing Team:
At the time of activation in the SWPortal, a successful result screen will display the word "license" in blue (as a hyperlink) to download the license, rather than waiting on the activation email to arrive.
