Brocade 4424 Setup in Dell Blade Chassis

I'm setting up a new blade chassis which has two Brocade 4424's. I've configure the IP Address in both of them and am only able to ping one of them. I've tried switching locations in the chassis and removing the one that is able to ping to see if the other would would then respond. Any help or idea's?? Thanks!

Re: Brocade 4424 Setup in Dell Blade Chassis

You need to telnet into the switch and disable it:

switchdisable

then run the configure command to disable the EZSwitchSetup.

webtools attributes (yes, y, no, n): y

Thanks for your response. I followed your steps and am still not able to ping the switch or get in through the web interface. Not sure what else I can check? Anymore ideas

Seeing that you are not able to ping I would check with your network people and check to see if they are blocking ICMP traffic and other traffic that may not allow you to manage the switch.
