Sounds like ICMP is not enabled on the PC. Have you tried to ping VE 201 from the PC? I see arp has resolved successfully so no connection issues from the switch perspective.
You can also try to ping the internet using VE 201 as a source if you are running a routing code on the ICX.

It seems that the 192.168.2.1 is missing the route to 192.168.201.0/24
I suggest checking the routing table there and confirm.
