What is sync-ok and no-sync in SX1600

Hi all,

 

Model : SX1600

 

 We got a problem that some users connected with some ports in a particular module were not able to connect with the network.

There are 15 fabric modulesa and 2 management modules. the 8th module was the problematic one.

 

Below is the output.

what is this means actually??
