Upgrading ICX7750 from 8010d to 8030. 10d runs clean. 8030 sends BGP Admin resets to neighbors approx every 3 minutes. "BGP: Peer X.X.X.X DOWN (Rcv Notification:Administrative Reset) ." This causes BGP peers to drop their sessions, creating significant instability to the autonomous system, forcing a rollback to 8010d.
Has anyone encountered this?
What is the FIX??

We first tried to upgrade our ICX7750 Disto switches from the current 8.0.10d, which runs clean, to 8030f. No go - approx 3 minutes after reaching "ESTABLISHED" state with IBGP peers, the 7750 begins generating "BGP:Administrative resets" every 3 minutes to peers, causing peers to tear down their BGP sessions, i. e. very disruptive to the network. As a result, we had to roll back to 8010d to stablize the network.
We later tried FI 8.0.30g, which had the exact same behavior, so we had to roll back.
I would also note that when attemping FI 8.0.30f , we peeled back (temporarily removed) all LAGs, PIM, and temporarily disabled all (OSPF) connected Access Switches. The results were the same as noted above.
Are there any new features after 8010d, perhaps enabled by default on the later versions, that could cause the 7750s to generate BGP Administrative resets to peers (approx) every 3 minutes, causing peers to drop BGP sessions?
