In our 6-member Layer 3 FCX stack that routes 7 VLANs and sees about 150 MAC addresses, some IPs intermittently became unreachable via Layer 3 after the switches were up for a while. Even saw cases where ICMP worked and TCP didn't.
We upgraded to 7.2.02d a week ago, and have not seen the problem since. I'm hoping it resulted from the following bug fixed in "d":
Especially if you are seeing similar issues, I highly recommend trying the upgrade.

Unless you're planning to use PVLANs :-(
There is more details in the other thread started by me.

We have good expereince with v7202d on FCX stacks.
But we encountered issues during upgrading from v7100a to v7202d, units not syncing the new firmware file and boot preference on all units.
Be aware of the correct stack member priority configuration when using a 2-unit stack.

For what it's worth, syncing the new firmware from our active stack unit (7.2.02d) to the others (7.2.00a) was a manual process for me today. I repeated
copy flash flash unit-id-pri 2
for each member destination unit-number.
