Keeping two subnets from talking to each other

Hi, I have a brocade switch that I am trying to keep two subnets from talking to each other.  I have one subnet 10.2.x.x and I do not want it to be able to communicate with subnet 10.1.x.x, can anyone help me with this?

Re: Keeping two subnets from talking to each other

Hi,

An easy way to acheive this would be to apply ACLs

ACL applied to 10.2.x.x interface

access-list 100 deny ip any 10.1.0.0 0.0.255.255
access-list 100 permit ip any any

ACL applied to 10.1.x.x interface

access-list 101 deny ip any 10.2.0.0 0.0.255.255
access-list 101 permit ip any any

Hope this helps

Regards

Mick
