Issue with Brocade MLX4-e router and Adtran TA5000/EFM devices

I was curious if there was any known problems with the Brocade MLX4-e and the Netvanta 800/6300's/TA5000 series EFM devices?

SIP/Voice always works fine but I see a lot of ICMP loss when pinging through the MLX. Now directly from the MLX to the Adtran CPE (or vice versa) I do not see any loss and much lower ping times while seeing up to 5-10% ICMP loss just passing through it (with traffic, without traffic no loss). The ping times get much past the 200MS before they time out on a busy circuit. These are all EFM e.shdsl/DS1 circuits that are 1.5MB - 12MB.

We did not experience this with the Brocade CER router that we replaced.

I originally thought this was part of my management card M issue but I was wrong.

It looks like adding rate limiters on the vlans cured the issue 100% from what I can tell. I guess I know for sure in the next work week.
