Issue configuring IP address in Boot Monitor. Foundry 4802

I have a Foundry 4802 switch. The code has been deleted from the primary and secondary flash. I'm having trouble getting the Boot monitor to save an IP. Any assistance would be appreciated. Below is the output.

BOOT MONITOR>ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0
Load bootp-tftp image

FE Boot Monitor Version 01.01.00b1 (BLDR-Rev1a)
Enter 'b' to go to boot monitor ...
BOOT INFO: load monitor from boot flash, size = 87312
BOOT INFO: load image from primary copy
BOOT ERR: bad code image header
BOOT INFO: load image from secondary copy
BOOT ERR: bad code image header
BOOT MONITOR>

Have you tried having the device boot from a TFTP server?

While in the boot monitor

boot system tftp ***.***.***.*** filename
