We have discovered switches that no longer exist but they're still in our BNA and there doesn't seem to be a delete button so how can I remove them? Thanks in advance.

The Delete Button can be found under Discover ----> IP Products. The Discovered switches/routers will appear where you can select the designated ones to delete.
