Hi ,

     The server at ip address 10.50.1.149 did not respond to the NTP protocol as the switch is set to get time from that server.

This could be for many reasons;

     * Server @ 10.50.1.149 is down

     * No route to that subnet

     * Server @ 10.50.1.149 is up but not running NTP

     * ETC
