I do not know of a command to do this directly. You can use a manual two step process to accomplish this though. Do a show vlan eth slot/port to find the vlan membership of the port. The do a show run and look for any port level configuration on the port.

upload the (running)config to a tftp server.... edit the file (copy paste and edit) en download the edited file to startup/running config... that's what I do....
