Hi JorgeFG ,
There is nothing in the manual or datasheet that says "yes" however the VDX does support 10G LR so an active DWDM setup would/should be
completely transparent to the switch.
I can see no support for passive DWDM (no DWDM SFP+ optics) in the Brocade price list.
Hopefully somebody can answer this one a bit better.

Ok. Now there is another question.
At the remote site I have no network infrastructure to connect the VDXs ethernet management ports.
Would it be possible to access the management IP through a dedicated VLAN on the switch?

That would be a yes and no answer
Yes you can IF you are NOT using EnternetFaabric (VCS mode)
No you can not if you are using VCS mode.
Configuring Inband Management interfaces
Inband Management on the Brocade VDX 6720 switches allows a management station to communicate with the CP through Layer 3-enabled front-end Ethernet ports. The purpose of this feature is to facilitate tasks such as downloading firmware, SNMP polling, SNMP traps, troubleshooting, and configuration when an out-of-band management interface is not available.
You can only configure the Inband Management interface if the switch is in standalone mode. The management station can connect to the switch using SSH, SCP, or Telnet. Inband Management is supported on the following interfaces:
• Physical (router) ports
• Port-channel interfaces
To implement Inband Management on the Brocade VDX 6720 switches, you must have an understanding of implementing IP routes and subnets. The front-end port that you configure acts as a router with IP forwarding implemented to allow communication to the CP through the port processors and then out of the ports. Therefore, it is necessary to implement numerous IP routes throughout the network to allow the communication to take place. The management station IP address and Ethernet port interface IP address must be in the same subnet

I deployed VDX VCS fabric where 10G ISL's are established over DWDM (two datacenters). We used standard LR optics to DWDM MUX (ADVA). But there is distance limitation. Currently (NOS 2.1.1) supports ISL distance up to 10KM (only supported on 40/60 ports boxes, not-supported on 16/24 ports). Look at 'long-distance-isl' command in configuration guide.
