Why do I see strange IP addresses like 0.0.0.5 and 0.0.0.1 in the session table?

Looking into the session table I do see sessions like the following ones:'

Index     Src-IP     Dst-IP     S-port     D-port     Age     Server     Flags

...

4     192.168.1.203     0.0.0.1               1          1          60          n/a          SLB1 H

5     192.168.1.204     0.0.0.1               1          1          60          n/a          SLB1 H

6     0.0.0.5               192.168.9.222     5          80        0            n/a          SLB1 H

...

This does not make a lot of sense from my point of view because 0.0.0.5 or 0.0.0.1 are not valid IP addresses

Please "ignore" these session table entries. They do have no relevance from an admin point of view. The 0.0.0.1 entries are linked to configured real servers and the 0.0.0.5 entries are linked to configured virtual servers with their services. These entries are used for indexing and session table access purposes.
