What does server down due to reassign mean in the logs?

I am seeing log messages talking about servers which are down due to reassign - what does it mean?

Re: What does server down due to reassign mean in the logs?

It is possible to monitor real server responses using the ServerIron ADX. The so called reassign-treshold is a counter which is getting increased for every incoming TCP SYN from a client. It is getting resetted to 0 as soon as a SYN/ACK comes back from the selected real server. A configurable amount of non-answered SYNs in a row is useable to force the ServerIron ADX to declare the real server as not available.

The feature is turned off by default if I remember correctly. Please have a look at the following commands:

server reassign-treshold x

server no-reassign-count
