Tie SSL health check with HTTP health check ?

I want to tie the SSL health check for a real server to an HTTP content verification health check. i.e. So if the HTTP content verification health check fails, then the ServerIron (SI) should bring down the SSL port. What are the commands/code/csw to do this?

Dan Rabb QRG Quick Reference Guide CSW 11.9999

Yes, you can use hc-track-port 80 433 command/code under the real server configuration.

e.g.

server real rs1 10.1.1.1

port http

port ssl

hc-track-port http ssl

The ServerIron now tracks health status for ports 80 and 443. If any of these ports is down then the combined health would be marked as failed and the ServerIron will not use these real server ports for load balancing traffic

Re: Tie SSL health check with HTTP health check ?

Is there a round about way to achieve the same goal in a ServerIron that does not have the hc-track-port command?

thanks,
