Brocade offers 24 x 7 online self-help to customers with a valid support contract. A user ID and password are required to access portions of online support. If you have already purchased Brocade products and have an active support contract, visit the Brocade extranets to download the latest releases and technical documentation.

 

End-user customers: You must first activate your Brocade Support Contract. Once activated, login to Brocade Connect to access release downloads, product documentation and other self-serve resources.

 

System Integrator, Reseller, Distributor, and Services/Support Provider: Log into the Brocade Partner Network for release downloads. Register now, if not already a member.
