How do I access the WebGUI if it is behind a NAT device?

When using the web management and  if the SI is behind a FW which is natting the address used for web-management, the SI returns the responses back to the client of the inside address (unnatted address ) and thus breaks the connection from what it looks like. I am not able to used the WebGUI in this scenario from what it looks like - any workarounds?

Re: How do I access the WebGUI if it is behind a NAT device?

I guess you are talking about a problem if you try to move to http or ssl (https) based management from the entry page… the entry page is pointing to the IP address of the unit itself (which is the internal one) and this is a problem.

Please try to use the following to access the box:

http://external-ip/home

or

https://external-ip/home

This should work based on my experience.

BTW this is going to be fixed in ADX release 12.1 according to my knowledge.
