Veracity is a Provo, Ut.-based provider serving approximately 7,000 residential customers with triple-play voice, video and data services and 50 percent of Provo's businesses with managed voice over IP (VoIP) services. With an ever-changing population (averaging 140,000 residents) due to the transient population of three local colleges, and with some of the largest call centers in the western half of the United States as customers, Veracity must provide the highest levels of stability and flexibility. As a result, the company turned to Brocade to build a highly reliable network infrastructure to deliver Veracity's service offerings.
